Nate Cardelli Announces Candidacy for Allen County Council, At-Large

Candidate seeks first Democratic win for At-Large County Council seat this Century.

FORT WAYNE, IN, [01/29/2024] – Nate Cardelli filed his candidacy Monday afternoon for Allen County Council, At-Large. Cardelli expressed his desire to serve on Allen County Council, stating "I'm driven to serve our community, preserve its dignity, and grow its reputation. Service to our Allen County Council will allow me to do just that through responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars."

Cardelli's campaign website outlines his platforms on the Allen County Jail, Homelessness Crisis, Institutional Integrity, and County Spending. Cardelli believes his insight as a public servant and having worked in the private sector will bring the right blend of experience and pragmatism currently missing at the County Council table.

About Nate Cardelli

Cardelli is an Allen County native and South Side High School graduate. Cardelli is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelor's degree in Relational Communication, and Indiana Tech with a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, and is currently a doctoral student at Indiana Tech.  Cardelli is a publically-employed civil servant and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Fort Wayne Sister Cities International.
